Ticket regarding invoice & contract

For these topics, an informal ticket is sufficient::

  • ask about contract term / earliest possible termination date
  • questions re invoices
  • ask for invoice copy

Ticket relating to domains

To request authcodes, an informal ticket is sufficient:

  • If the admin-c email address is up-to-date, you can request authcodes for the planned transfer by simply opening a ticket - before August 31, 2016 latest. For multiple domains, one ticket is sufficient.

To change your admin-c email address (=NIC-Update), please complete this form and add the file to your ticket for our domains team

For .uk domains (also .co.uk, .org.uk etc.) we are not processing changes anymore. As the email address doesn't matter for the domain name transfer (= IPS TAG Change), you just need to add this filled out and signed file to your ticket for our domains team - one file and one ticket is sufficient for multiple .uk domains!
